About Us
The Rockland Westchester Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (RWISOA) is the largest NISOA chapter in New York State (NISOA Region 2) and the greater New York City metropolitan area. We train, certify, and assign qualified soccer officials to serve the collegiate soccer community within a 200-mile radius of Rockland, Westchester, and Putnam Counties.
As a chapter of the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA), RWISOA is committed to advancing soccer as a major sport in the United States while continually improving the quality, consistency, and professionalism of collegiate officiating.
